You will develop your own business model in such a way that you will be able to offer maximum value for your client while experiencing a sense of freedom in your own business.

Module 3: A powerful business model

– Nowadays there are so many business possibilities to start out as a coach, consultant or advisor. We will examine the different forms and possibilities. You will develop your own business model in such a way that you will be able to offer maximum value for your client while experiencing a sense of freedom in your own business.

Module 4: Your perfect client

– He or she exists: the perfect client. You don’t want to work with just anybody. You want to work with the clients who give you energy. We will learn how to define who your perfect client is and explain what is needed to attract this client.

Module 5: Develop your transformation programs

– To achieve truly lasting results, you need transformation programs. A program that satisfies the niche you want to target. A program that helps your perfect client to achieve maximal results. During the training you have already been provided with various tools to create transformation programs. Now is the time to create your magical box.

Module 6: Master Mind principles and sales

– Your business depends on its ability to attract new clients. Your client needs to get to know you, he or she must like you and trust you. Thanks to the master mind principles you can not only eliminate the barrier for potential clients, but you can also make them “taste” the things you have to offer.

Module 7: Creating Workshops

– Choose the right working methods and the right kind of workshop. Everything depends on that transformation tools that you use to make your clients learn from experience. Inge tells you what you need to do in order to create successful workshops.

Module 8: Developing and guiding Workshops

– If you can coach, then you can also coach groups. But know that some situations and regulations can be different for groups. During a group workshop you will have to provide more guidance than during one-on-one coaching. A successful group workshop is also a great form of teambuilding.

Module 9: Organize a seminar or an event

– If you want to learn how to speak in front of a crowd, then you will have taken some fundamental principles into account. The organization of an event asks for quite a bit of practical preparation. Nevertheless, an event is a nice tool to grow your business. Are you ready to really leave the comfort zone?

Module 10: Build your business the right way

– You are a coach, leader but also an entrepreneur. Essential and fundamental principles  in the business, structural and administrative whirlpool of an enterprise form the foundations of a healthy and constructive entrepreneurship. This training is intended for everyone that already has a business and want’s to upgrade it to the next level.

The Summit

Your favourite teachers will welcome you at the Coaching Summit. During these two days Inge Rock and Zoran will provide insights, knowledge and applications concerning mindset, coaching and entrepreneurship. On top of that you will get the chance to introduce your own transformation program to your colleague. You only need to pay for your meals. There is the possibility to book a room in the hotel.
The next Summit will be programmed for the fall of 2018.
