In 2004, I lost everything. I went through a divorce, felt incredibly unhappy, and had to let go of my own perfume shop, where I had invested my heart, soul, and a lot of money. After fighting for two years—to save both myself and the business—I hit rock bottom. I lost everything, including myself.

One day, feeling completely lost, I wandered into a bookstore searching for answers. With my last twenty euros, I bought a book and read it cover to cover in just six hours. It felt like my soul had caught fire. Finally, a glimmer of hope! I started asking myself questions like:

What now?
Why me?
Who am I?
What do I really want?
How can I start over?
Where does my true potential lie?
What am I even doing here?

Inspire and guide

Teaching is in my blood. After all, both of my parents were teachers. Two years after starting my own coaching business, it was time to focus more on teaching and public speaking. I began organizing seminars in Flanders and even created several one-woman shows. Alongside my work as a speaker, I still absolutely love guiding people in our academy.

Of course, the content of our programs has evolved significantly over the years. However, the foundation of my work has always remained the same: helping people transform from who they are today into who they truly are. They become aware of their dreams, starting from within. As a result, their outcomes and quality of life naturally improve.

My life’s work—up to this point—has been captured in one program: Pura Vida. What I’ve created over the last 17 years is a treasure chest of knowledge. And this knowledge is here for you.

Who am I?

You could say I teach, write books, speak to audiences, create theater shows, and lead transformational retreats… but that’s what I do, not who I am.

I like to think of myself as an inspiring leader for people. I help connect them to who they truly are and to their highest potential. I support them in defining and developing that potential, rooted in their dreams. I turn their desires and dreams into belief and fulfillment.

What’s unique about my approach?

These are about the 10 principles that define me:

1. I’m an energy bomb. I have the gift of boosting the energy in a room until the roof comes off. I believe that fun and enthusiasm are two essential traits. Some might find me a bit “too much,” but this is who I am. I lift people up by inspiring them and connecting them to their potential.

2. I’m direct and have a solid no-nonsense attitude. My approach is honest, and I believe that hearing the truth is the best invitation for growth. So, I tell you what you need to hear, without sugarcoating, so you can reconnect with yourself.

3. What I teach is simple. I take the most complex, scientific insights and make them easy to understand and digest.

4. What I teach goes deep. Even though the content remains easy to grasp, its impact is powerful. I want this to work for you, so I aim for lasting transformation.

5. I’m a huge fan of experiential growth. It’s not enough just to know something; I want you to understand, internalize, experience, and evaluate insights. I want you to be an active participant, not a passive observer.

6. My work is highly practical and applicable. This is crucial. Since the content is deep, I want you to be able to do something with it. You truly transform!

7. I love metaphors and stories. The stories and metaphors I use make personal growth enjoyable and light. They’re an important part of my work because they help you immediately remember and retain the content.

8. I strive to be congruent and consistent. I do my very best to always set a good example and will never ask my students to do something I haven’t done myself. I teach from experience, not from theory.

9. I have high expectations and standards in everything I do. I aim for the best quality, and in our academy, we work hard to provide the best for our clients. We want our clients to feel happy and connected in our unique Rock family.

10. I believe in continuous growth and evolution. In our programs, I teach clients the exact knowledge and methods I use myself. That’s why our content will keep evolving. As I grow, our students grow with me.
